These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile applications and website provided by Your Apps Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing or using our apps, you agree to these Terms.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our apps for your own lawful purposes, subject to these Terms and the rules of the relevant app store.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of our apps, except where permitted by law.
- Do not use our apps to infringe the rights of others or to carry out unlawful activity.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.
3. Intellectual property
Our apps, website, logos and content are owned by Your Apps Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
4. Purchases & subscriptions
Some features may be offered as paid upgrades or subscriptions through the relevant app store. Pricing, billing and cancellation are handled by that store under its terms. Please review them before purchasing.
5. Disclaimers
Our apps are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free or fully secure.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Apps Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our apps.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using our apps at any time by uninstalling them.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
